Mission & Vision
Our mission is to join God in his restoration work through the gospel ministry of creation care. We will equip our church for
environmental ministry, and collaborate with community members & organizations.
Near-Term Vision
To empower Calvary members & west side community members to enjoy and to care for God’s extraordinary creation. This will include our monthly litter pilgrimages, our annual Creation Care Kids program, hosting an annual creation care conference, and more.
Long-Term Vision
Is to be a leading creation care congregation in Cleveland and in the Reformed Church in America in order to make a greater impact on preserving God’s creation . We will empower additional churches locally and nationally to begin creation care ministries.
Overall Vision
Is to bring glory to God through creation care so that our neighbors come to trust & follow Jesus Christ, and on that Great Day, eat from the tree of life with us in God’s restored creation (Revelation 22:2).
We meet on the 2nd Wednesday each month at 6:30pm via Zoom to plan and pray for our creation care activities. Come join us!
Our Story
The seeds for Creation Care has been planted in the minds of Calvary Reformed Church as early as the 80’s.

We are blessed to have young people and old people who come out and support this ministry.
